Timeline & Deadlines for InFocus 2023
  • November 25, Thursday – Open Smarter Entry Competition at 6:00 a.m.
  • January 16, Monday – InFocus competition closes to entrants at 6:00 p.m.
  • January 18, Wednesday-February 5, Sunday – Jurying for accepted entries takes place via Smarter Entry 
  • February 7, Tuesday – On or before, notify photographers as to acceptance into competition 
  • February 7, Tuesday – March 3, Friday – Time for accepted entrants to frame/mat photographs
  • March 3, Friday – Receive accepted entries from noon until 5:00 p.m.
  • March 4, Saturday – Receive accepted entries from 9:00 a.m. to noon
  • March 5, Sunday – Judges select winning photographs 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • March 5, Sunday – Show opens to the public at 5:00 p.m.
  • March 5 Sunday – Reception 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
  • Show open to the public Thursdays-Sundays: March 9th, Thursday - March 19, Sunday – Show is open to the public from noon to 5:00 pm (except on March 19th the show closes at 3:00 pm.)​
  • March 18, Saturday – Sale day. All works will be discounted 15% to encourage sales
  • March 19, Sunday – Sale day. All works will be discounted 15% to encourage sales. Show is open noon until 3:00 p.m.
  • March 19, Sunday – Artists pick up their entries from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
