December 5, 2019 - Thursday – Open Smarter Entry Competition at 6:00 a.m. January 27, 2020 - Monday – InFocus competition closes to entrants at 6:00 p.m. February 18, Tuesday – On or before, notify photographers as to acceptance into competition March 6, Friday – Receive accepted entries from noon through 5:00 p.m. March 7, Saturday – Receive accepted entries from 9:00 a.m. through noon March 8, Sunday – Show opens to the public at 5:00 p.m. March 8, Sunday – Reception 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. March 9, Monday -- March 21, Saturday – Show is open to the public from noon to 5:30 p.m. March 14, Saturday -- Judges Walk through. Find out how and why choices were made. 9:00 am - 12:00 pm March 21, Saturday – Sale day. Works will be discounted 25% to encourage sales. Noon - 5:30 pm. Music/Refreshments March 22, Sunday – Show is open to the public from noon to 3:00 p.m. March 22, Sunday – Artists pick up their entries from 3:00 p.m. through 5:30 p.m. |
